What payment options do you accept?

We accept credit / debit cards, iDeal and PayPal payments. If you wish to pay in another way, then please do not hesitate to contact us!

Can I also pay in another currency?

Yes, we accept both US Dollar and Euro. You can switch to the currency of your choice in the shopping page.


We retain the right to change the price of the prints and shipping costs at any given moment.

What do you do with my personal information?

We take your privacy very seriously, and will not use your information for anything other than orders, updates and contacting you with our newsletters and project updates.

Why are you sending me email newsletters?

You have signed up to receive our updates and newsletter. If you wish to unsubscribe from them, follow the links at the bottom of the email newsletters or drop us a line at and we will remove you from our list.

What are the delivery rates / shipping costs for my order? 

We ship all of our products for free, worldwide.

When can I expect my delivery?

Every print is hand-made to order. This process normally takes 7 to 10 working days to develop, carefully pack and dispatch.

Delivery times after dispatch:
Europe: 2 - 10 days
Rest of the World: up to 3 weeks

Shipping times depend on the country you are in. All orders are developed and shipped from the Netherlands.

Please contact us if you have any specific or urgent delivery requests.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email telling you that your book is on its way. Unfortunately we cannot accept any responsibility for late deliveries due to circumstances outside of our control. We will try to inform you of any unexpected delay.

Does the C-print include a frame?

We believe everybody has their own taste and style when it comes to framing, that's why we provide prints only. A plexiglas finished print doesn’t require framing. It is ready to hang on your wall straight out of the box.

Will I be charged customs and import charges?

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. You might want to contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

Can my order be delivered to another address than the billing address?

Of course, just state the shipping address you would like the order to be sent to during the ordering process.

I wish to return a product - how do I do that?

You can return it, no problem. Please make sure the print is returned undamaged and includes your order number. Please notice that we will refund the returned product but we will not pay the shipping costs for the returns.

If your product is received damaged or lost in the post, please notify us immediately and retain the product and packing and we will contact the postal service who will be responsible for any compensation payments. Please contact us immediately and we will advice you on the best way to approach this claim. Once the print has been dispatched to the postal company, all risk of loss and damage is then passed onto the receiver.
